How to Clean Watches Costume Watches, Stainless Steel Watches Fine Watches - Rolex
Primary cleaning performed by Liquid Jewelry Cleaner because most metal watches
do not have solid gold or silver watchbands.
Polishing Cream – Not recommended for use on most
metal watches. May be used to polish Rolex watches or other solid metal
watchbands made of gold or stainless steel.. To Clean – For solid metal watchbands, dampen watchband
with water, brush a little of the Polishing Cream directly on the metal,
wipe off cream with a paper towel or soft cloth, rinse with water and dry.
Liquid Jewelry Cleaner - Use as often as needed to remove
unwanted dirt, grease, and grime from these items. Note: Be sure watch is
identified as “Water Resistant”. Otherwise, use GREAT care to
not get watch face or watch back wet. To Clean – Most watches are excessively dirty and
we recommend that you do not soak in Liquid Cleaner because dirty item may
contaminate Liquid Jewelry Cleaner. Instead, brush item with Liquid Cleaner
to remove buildup, rinse with water and dry.
