DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
For domestic shipments within the continental 48 states, Sparkle Bright Products uses the United States Postal Service and UPS. You are able to choose your shipping method at checkout. All orders are shipped from our location in Milwaukee, WI. If you select a shipping option with tracking we will provide all tracking information to you via email so that you can monitor the progress of your order. We’re sorry, but we do not offer an in-store or warehouse pickup option.
UPS SHIPPING - We currently use UPS Real-Time Rates to calculate shipping costs. These rates are based on the shipping location and the package weight. This information is sent to UPS using an API and they return the values for all shipping rates.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING - All USPS shipments are shipped out either SAME DAY or the NEXT business day (due to the time USPS picks up outgoing shipments). It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS - Simply add the products you wish to order to the shopping cart. While in the shopping cart, scroll towards the bottom of the page. You should see a box that says "Shipping Options". Simply select either USPS or UPS and click on the Update button. In the top right corner of your screen, it will show you your shipping options & costs.

At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
All orders shipped to an address in Wisconsin will be charged the applicable state sales tax.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy! You may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Just contact us via our website, email, or telephone and we’ll provide a return authorization. Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds will be made via the original payment method or credit card account. Returned merchandise MUST be in their original product packaging. Please DO NOT MARK on the product package.
The return address information will be given along with the return authorization number (RA #). Once the original item is returned, you will either receive store credit or a credit on your credit card in the amount that you originally paid (minus shipping costs).
Sparklebrightproducts.com is not responsible for shipping charges on any returned items.
Your credit refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of the day your package is received at our office. If you are returning a gift we only allow store credit.

In the event an item(s) is damaged during delivery, please inform the delivery person immediately. Whether or not contact is made with the delivery person, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the damage and to arrange for replacement of the damaged item(s) if necessary. Once approved, a return authorization number (RA #) will be generated and the replacement item(s) will be sent.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Sparklebrightproducts.com. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price, less the actual shipping cost. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged during shipping.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $5.00 shipping charges. This is the cost we incur from UPS and Fedex when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that were shipped to the incorrect address and subsequently refused are still subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our office, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

Important - If you need to cancel an order please follow the instructions below:
Send us an email, with your name, the order number, and the item(s) you are requesting a cancellation to email@example.com.
You will then be issued a cancellation request number (CR #). All cancellation requests require our authorized confirmation. Simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee an order has been cancelled. Once the cancellation has been authorized you will be provided with a confirmation via email. If you do not have email, arrangements can be made to provide you with a copy of the confirmation.
Please note that when you request a cancellation and the item(s) has already been shipped then we will not reimburse you for the shipping charges. If the item is in transit you may refuse shipment and the item(s) will return back to our warehouse (see Refusal of Delivery).
